Rotary Intermittent Furnace HY-XZ3010 is multifunctional microwave rotary furnace with fast heating speed.
Materials can be dynamically turned over in the furnace chamber during heating with a rotation rate 5~30r/min and slope angel of -5° ~ +35°.
HY-XZ3010 is capable of sintering small volume materials and sample material can be sintered with fine grain size.
HY-XZ3010 is equiped with ullite crucibles.
Sample material can be dynamically stirred inside the furnace to ensure uniform heating and sufficient reaction, while the grain size of the sintered material is small with good Mechanical Properties.
HY-XZ3010 is especially suitable for microwave sintering, but also can be applied to microwave pyrolysis, synthesis, calcination as well as other thermal treatment process under various atmosphere conditions.
