The sintering temperature of HY-QS1516E reaches up to 1600°C, while the heating zone is surrounded by a double walled water cooling system, also the furnace is equiped with rapid cooling system ie. a high precision cooling-water machine with the flow rate of 2m3/h and the rated cooling capacity of 3.6KW.
HY-QS1516E uses electric and microwave heating source the output power is 5kW and 1.5kW respectively.
Users can choose electric heating for microwave unabsorbing sample while microwave heating vice versa. Various material may not absorb microwave at low temperature but change to absorb microwave at a certain high temperature, for sample material like this, mutiple heating source is more competitive.
HY-QS1516E uses magnetic fluid seals to ensure the rotary heating zone be sealed properly.
High temperature HY-QS1516E sintering furnace can be applied to pyrolysis, synthesis, calcination as well as other thermal treatment process under various atmosphere conditions. Besides, the pre-vaccum pumping function can substantially save time for gas exchanging.
