HY-ZKG1516 is vacuum microwave tubular furnace with multi heating zone and can reach static ultimate vacuum degree less than 100Pa.
HY-ZKG1516 uses stainless steel vacuum sealing flanges at both tube ends. The working tube can be customized as required and standard working tube is 40mm and 60mm in diameter.Quartz or alumina boat or crucible should be adopted to load sample material inside the working tube.
One end of the work tube is connected with the vacuum pump, while the other end of the tube access is joined with a removable stainless steel flange for crucibles loading.
HY-ZKG1516 vacuum tube furnace is a compact designed for heating samples up to 1600°C and is excellent choice for annealing, diffusing and sintering samples in various atmosphere.
