HY-ZKG1516 is high vacuum microwave tube furnace with1 heating zone and can work continuously under vacuum or other gas atmosphere conditions.
HY-ZKG1516 vacuum tube furnace uses ceramic work tube with double-walled water cooling syetem, stainless steel vacuum sealing flanges at both tube ends.
HY-ZKG1516 offers heat treatment temperature up to 1450 °C in vacuum.
Quartz or alumina boat or crucible should be adopted to load the sample material inside the work tube. One end of the work tube is connected with the vacuum pumping system, while the other end of the tube access is is joined with a removable stainless steel flange for loading crucibles.
HY-ZKG1516 vacuum tube furnace is a compact designed for heating samples up to 1600°C and is excellent choice for annealing, diffusing and sintering samples in various atmosphere.
