Furnace body is welded by 304 stainless steel to prevent microwave from leakage, while portable microwave leakage detector is equiped for microwave leakage intensity measurement.
HY-PH12010 has auto feeding system, sample loading and unloading are operated automatically, while the furnace could run continuously.
HY-PH12010 is equiped with large diameter working tube to ensure high product capacity per time.
Nitrogen atmosphere is adopted as protective atmosphere for graphite exfoliation process.
HY-PH12010 can be applied to mass production of graphene or nano-graphite oxide, the production capacity can reach up to 10~55kg per day.
